摘　　要：目的:利用UPLC-Q/TOF-MS技术对尖叶假龙胆的化学成分进行分析。方法:采用75%乙醇浸泡尖叶假龙胆30 min,热回流提取、过滤、回收、浓缩、冷冻干燥,最后得到尖叶假龙胆提取物冻干粉。利用正、负离子模式分别对尖叶假龙胆提取物进行采集分析。结果:在正、负离子模式下表征了65个成分,包括木脂素类、香豆素类、苯丙素类、环烯醚萜类、黄酮类、生物碱类、有机酸类、糖苷类等。结论:本研究建立了基于UPLC-Q/TOF-MS技术的尖叶假龙胆全成分分析方法,可为尖叶假龙胆药材的质量评价与药效物质基础研究提供参考。Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of Gentianella acuta by UPLC-Q/TOF-MS.Methods:Gentianella acuta was soaked in 75%ethanol for 30 min,then was extracted,filtered,recovered,concentrated and freeze-dried.Finally,the freeze-dried powder of the extracts was obtained.The positive and negative ion modes were used to collect and analyze the extract of Gentianella acuta.Results:65 components were characterized in positive and negative ion modes,including lignans,coumarins,phenylpropanoids,iridoids,flavonoids,alkaloids,organic acids and glycosides.Conclusion:This study established the analysis method for total composition of Gentianella acuta based on UPLC-Q/TOF-MS,which could provide reference for the quality evaluation and pharmacodynamic material basis of the herb.
