摘　　要：疏调气机是国医大师张震精心拟定的治法,“勿忘气机之疏调”是他临床运用的深刻体会与提高中医内治疗效的重要方法。张震治疗疾病主张以“一体两翼”为基础,疏调气机为治法,创疏调气机通用方--疏调汤。随着临床和科研实践不断深入,疏调气机治法的适用范围不断扩大,在疏调汤基础上,进一步总结出疏调解郁汤等十一方,供临床借鉴使用,疗效显著。本文从临床治疗疾病角度入手,介绍疏调气机治法及疏调汤的使用。气滞、痰浊、血瘀、水饮、湿热等病理因素,均能疏调气机而行之、祛之、化之、温之、利之,且能取得满意的疗效。据此,不论因内外之邪导致的气机紊乱,还是须缓图之沉疴痼疾、积聚诸病,均可以本法、本方治之。Regulating Qi movement is a treatment method carefully formulated by medical master ZHANG Zhen,which is of his profound clinical experience and an important method to improve the effectiveness of TCM internal treatments.He advocated‘one body,two wings’as the basis for treatment and the regulation of Qi as the treatment method,and created a universal formula for the regulation of Qi,known as Tongtiao Decoction.As clinical and scientific research practice continued to deepen,the scope of application of the treatment method of regulating Qi was expanded,and on the basis of Shutiao Decoction,11 formulas,Shutiao Jieyu Decoction for example,were further summarized for clinical reference and use,with remarkable efficacy.This study introduced the treatment of regulating Qi and the use of Shutiao Decoction.Pathological factors,including Qi stagnation,phlegm turbid,blood stasis,dampness fluid,and damp heat all can be drained and regulated by moving,dispelling,transforming,warming and draining method through regulating Qi movement,which has achieved satisfactory results.Accordingly,this method and formula can be used to treat disorders of Qi movement caused by internal and external evils,as well as chronic diseases and accumulations of disease that need to be slowed down.
