摘  要:目的 对小槐花(Ohwia caudata(Thunberg)H.Ohashi)茎的化学成分进行研究,为丰富其物质基础和开发利用奠定基础。方法 采用加热回流提取法对小槐花干燥茎进行提取,综合应用多种色谱法对小槐花茎提取物的化学成分进行分离纯化,并结合化合物理化性质与波谱解析等方法进行结构鉴定。结果与结论从小槐花干燥茎的体积分数70%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定出15个酚酸类化合物,分别为isotachioside(1)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、markhamioside F(3)、canthoside C(4)、leonuriside A(5)、3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基-苯酚-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、canthoside B(7)、triandrin(8)、dihydroconiferyl alcohol glucoside(9)、4-O-(2-hydroxy-1-hydroxymethylethyl)-dihydroconiferyl alcohol(10)、(-)-(2R)-1-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-2-[2-methoxy-4-(ω-hydroxypropyl)-phenoxyl]-propan-3-ol(11)、trans-isoconiferin(12)、松柏苷(13)、ferulic acid(14)、紫丁香苷(15)。其中,化合物1~5、7~13和15为首次从小槐花属植物中分离得到。The dried stems of Ohwia caudata(Thunberg)H.Ohashi were refluxed by 70%EtOH,and then the extracts were isolated through using various chromatographic methods.As results,fifteen phenolic constituents were obtained and identified by using various spectroscopic methods combining with their physicochemical property.They were isotachioside(1),4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenylβ-D-glucopyranoside(2),markhamioside F(3),canthoside C(4),leonuriside A(5),3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),canthoside B(7),triandrin(8),dihydroconiferyl alcohol glucoside(9),4-O-(2-hydroxy-1-hydroxymethylethyl)-dihydroconiferyl alcohol(10),(-)-(2R)-1-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-2-[2-methoxy-4-(ω-hydroxypropyl)-phenoxyl]-propan-3-ol(11),trans-isoconiferin(12),coniferin(13),ferulic acid(14),and syringin(15).Among them,compounds 1-5,7-13 and 15 were isolated from the Ohwia genus for the first time.This study might enrich the phytochemistry of O.caudata and establish foundation for its development and utilization.
