摘 要:双有源桥(dual active bridge,DAB)变换器在宽输出电压工况下电流应力急剧升高,导致开关器件成本增加、寿命降低,针对此问题,该文提出一种磁性元件参数设计方法以降低并最小化电流应力。首先,综合考虑影响电流应力的所有关键因素,建立电流应力的数学模型,并结合单移相控制构建峰值电流的三维曲面,所提三维曲面能够全面准确地反映不同磁性元件参数对应的电流应力,便于直观地选取不同宽输出电压工况下最小电流应力的磁性元件参数,相较遍历法减少重复计算,并提高参数选取的准确性;然后,详细描述不同宽输出电压工况下最小电流应力的磁性元件参数选取方法。最后,搭建DAB变换器的实验平台,实验验证所提方法的正确性和有效性。Focusing on the dramatic increase in current stress of dual active bridge converters under wide output voltage conditions,which leads to cost increase and reduced life of switching devices,this paper proposed a design method of magnetic components to reduce and minimize the current stress.First,all key factors that could affect the current stress were comprehensively considered in this paper,and a mathematical model of the current stress was established,which was then combined with single-phase-shift(SPS)control to build a three-dimensional surface of the peak current.The current stress of different combinations of magnetic components could be comprehensively and accurately reflected in this three-dimensional surface to conveniently and intuitively select the magnetic components for the minimum current stress under different wide output voltage conditions.Compared with the ergodic method,the proposed method can greatly reduce the recalculation and improve accuracy.Then,the method of selecting magnetic components for the minimum current stress under different wide output voltage conditions was presented in detail.Finally,the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method were verified in an experimental platform of DAB converter.
