摘  要:C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)混合气体是目前最具潜力的SF6替代气体,进一步研究其灭弧性能对研发新一代环保型气体开关设备意义重大。该系列论文围绕C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)混合气体在40.5kV自能式断路器中的应用开展研究。系列论文(一)在获得气体物性参数的基础上,建立SF6、5%C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)及6%与20%O_(2)含量下5%C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)混合气体在开断31.5kA短路电流过程中的磁流体动力学电弧模型,通过仿真计算得到不同灭弧介质的电弧温度、灭弧室内气压和气流场分布等特性;分析氧气含量对混合气体开断性能的影响规律,最终根据Mayr电弧模型对不同介质的弧后热开断性能进行定量评估。研究表明:C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)混合气体电弧在径向方向扩散速度不如SF6,对膨胀室的加热效果弱于SF6,气吹灭弧效果不明显;5%C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)混合气体的热开断性能约为SF6的31.3%;加入O_(2)可以提升电弧对膨胀室的加热效果,从而提升混合气体的灭弧性能。但是,在现有断路器结构下,C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)混合气体灭弧性能仍与SF6有一定差距。The C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2) mixture is the most promising eco-friendly SF6-alternative gas.It is of great significance to further study its arc extinguishing performance for the development of the new generation of eco-friendly gas insulated switchgears.This series of papers focused on the application of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2) gas mixture in a 40.5kV self-blast circuit breaker.After obtaining the physical parameters of the gas media,magnetic fluid dynamics arc models of SF6,5%C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2),as well as 5%C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2) gas mixture with 6%and 20%O_(2) were established for the 31.5kA short-circuit current breaking process.The distributions of temperature,pressure and flow field in different arcing media were obtained by the simulation.The influence of O_(2) content on the arc extinguishing performance of the gas mixture was analyzed.Finally,the thermal breaking capability of different media during post-arc period was quantitatively evaluated by the Mayr arc model.The results show that the radial diffusion rate of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2) mixture is lower than that of SF6,so the heating effect on the expansion chamber is weaker,and the gas blowing phenomena is not obvious.The thermal breaking capability of 5%C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2) mixture is about 31.3%that of SF6.Adding O_(2) can improve the heating effect on the expansion chamber,so as to improve the arc-quenching performance.However,it is still much lower than that of SF6 for the existing circuit breaker.
