摘  要:基于复杂适应系统(CAS)理论,将智慧物流企业发展创新系统看作一个开放的、动态演化的复杂适应性系统。从个体微观视角出发,构建了个体行为的刺激-反应模型,指出影响智慧物流企业发展创新因素和创新规则,揭示了智慧物流企业个体的创新行为;从整体宏观视角出发,建立了系统整体行为的回声模型,揭示了智慧物流企业发展创新系统内多主体之间的交互合作机制,并创新性地提出了四种企业个体创新行为模式和四种系统整体创新行为模式。希望通过研究为智慧物流企业发展创新行为模式选择以及先进智慧物流体系构建提供一定的理论和实践指导。Based on complex adaptive system(CAS) theory, the development and innovation system of intelligent logistics enterprises is regarded as an open and dynamically evolving complex adaptive system. From the perspective of individual micro, the stimulus-response model of individual behavior is constructed, the factors and rules affecting the development and innovation of intelligent logistics enterprises are pointed out, and the individual innovation behavior of intelligent logistics enterprise is revealed. From the overall macro perspective, the echo model of the overall behavior of the system is constructed, the interaction and cooperation mechanism among the multi-agent in the development and innovation system of intelligent logistics enterprises is revealed, and four individual innovation behavior patterns and four systematic overall innovation behavior patterns are proposed innovatively. It is hoped that the research can provide some theoretical and practical guidance for the development and innovation behavior mode selection of intelligent logistics enterprises and the construction of advanced intelligent logistics system.
