摘 要:糖尿病性视网膜病变、年龄相关性黄斑变性和病理性近视等眼底疾病常伴有脉络膜新生血管(choroidal neovascularization,CNV)的生成,往往会导致失明。现有研究显示CNV具体形成机制仍不清楚,这一过程涉及多种影响因素。目前临床上采用抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)药物对此展开治疗,但在治疗过程中发现某些情况下这类药物疗效不好甚至没有疗效。基于此,学者们采用多种方法建立不同CNV疾病模型,比较其与临床上人类CNV发生发展的异同,探讨不同条件下CNV产生的原因,为CNV治疗寻找新靶点、新方向。本文综述了近年来已发现及正在研究的CNV形成机制,并介绍相关病理模型及其与人类CNV的相关性,以期为后续研究提供参考。Choroidal neovascularization(CNV)is commonly associated with under-eye diseases,such as proliferative diabetic retinopathy,age-related macular degeneration and pathologic myopia,which often results in blindness.Available information indicates that the specific mechanism of CNV is still unclear and various factors could influence the development of CNV.It is reported that anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(anti-VEGF)agents have emerged as an effective approved therapy in the treatment of CNV.However,anti-VEGF drugs are found to be less effective or even ineffective in some cases.Due to this fact,many researches have established different CNV models by using a variety of methods,compared their similarities and differences with the clinical development of CNV,and sought the causes of CNV under different conditions,in order to find new targets and new directions for CNV treatment.In this review,we introduce the mechanisms of CNV formation that have been discovered and are being studied in recent years,some pathological models and their correlation with human CNV,hoping to provide reference for subsequent studies.
