摘 要:近年来,安徽亳州市中草药种植园区地黄叶枯病时有发生,严重影响地黄产量和品质。地黄叶枯病发病初期叶缘和叶尖出现不规则褐色病斑,后期形成占叶片大半面积的大枯斑,最终导致叶片枯死。调查了安徽亳州市地黄叶枯病发生状况,并分离病原菌。根据形态学特征、系统发育进化树分析和柯赫氏法则验证,确定安徽亳州市地黄叶枯病的病原菌为腐皮镰孢菌(Fusarium solani)。In recent years,leaf blight of Rehmannia glutinosa occurred in the Chinese herbal medicine plantation area of Bozhou City,Anhui Province,which seriously affected the yield and quality of R.glutinosa.At the early stage of leaf blight,irregular brown spots appeared on leaf edges and tips,and then,large necrosis spots that accounted for most of the leaf area were formed,which eventually led to leaf death.In this study,disease survey and pathogen isolation on leaf blight of R.glutinosa occurred in Bozhou City,were carried out.According to morphological characteristics,phylogenetic analysis and Koch’s rule verification,the pathogen of the disease was determined to be Fusarium solani.
