摘 要:软骨损伤是一种最为常见,患病率极高的一种疾患,并很有可能最终发展为骨关节炎,造成人民和社会的经济负担。由于传统软骨损伤的治疗方法多存在价格昂贵,疗效欠佳且难以持久等缺点,基于间充质干细胞(MSCs)的软骨组织再生移植成为目前软骨损伤治疗方法的研究热点。滑膜是滑膜关节的重要组成部分,具有很高的特异性。以往的研究表明,滑膜是一种有少量细胞层厚的结构,主要由成纤维细胞样滑膜细胞(FLS)组成,并通过细胞与细胞的接触形成一层覆盖在关节腔上的滑膜和滑液。近年来研究结果显示,滑膜中也存在滑膜间充质干细胞(SMSCs),作为MSCs重要组成部分,因其强大的成软骨分化能力和增殖能力,逐渐成为软骨损伤修复的热点种子细胞。本文就最近SMSCs的来源、分离和鉴定及其在软骨损伤修复中的研究作综述,并对近20年SMSCs修复软骨损伤相关研究进行可视化分析,旨在阐明SMSCs目前研究现状和预测未来研究热点和方向。Cartilage injury is one of the most common and highly prevalent disease,and is likely to develop into osteoarthritis,causing an economic burden to people and society.Because traditional cartilage injury treatment methods are expensive,ineffective and unsustainable,regenerative cartilage transplantation based on mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)has become a hot research topic in cartilage injury treatment methods.Synovium is an important component of the synovial joint and has a high specificity.Previous studies have shown that the synovium is a structure with a small number of cell layers,mainly composed of fibroblast-like synoviocytes(FLS),which form a layer of synovial membrane and synovial fluid covering the joint cavity through cell-to-cell contact.Recently,it has been found that synovial mesenchymal stem cells(SMSCs)also exist in the synovial membrane,and as an important component of MSCs,they are becoming hot seed cells for cartilage injury repair due to their strong chondrogenic differentiation and proliferation ability.In this paper,we review the origin,isolation and identification of SMSCs and their research in cartilage injury repair,and make visualized analysis to the studies related to SMSCs for cartilage injury repair in the past 20 years,aiming to clarify the current research status of SMSCs and predict the future research hotspots and directions.
