摘 要:为了研究阻尼对某夹芯复合材料桨叶振动特性的影响规律,首先对该夹芯复合材料桨叶开展了振动响应试验,并对试验结果进行分析,验证了仿真计算方法的可行性。在此基础上,进一步计算了不同阻尼工况下桨叶模型的振动响应,最后总结了蒙皮和芯材阻尼损耗因子变化对叶片振动响应的影响规律,即蒙皮和芯材损耗因子的增加均能抑制桨叶的振动响应,且蒙皮的抑振效果更为明显。分析结果对复合材料螺旋桨的减振降噪设计具有一定的参考价值。In order to study the influence of damping on the vibration characteristics of a sandwich composite blade,the vibration response test of the core composite blade is first carried out,and the test results are analyzed to verify the feasibility of the simulation calculation method.On this basis,the vibration response of the paddle model under different damping conditions is further calculated,and finally the influence of the change of the damping loss factor of the skin and the core material on the vibration response of the blade is summarized,that is,the increase of the loss factor of the skin and the core material can suppress the vibration response of the blade,and the vibration suppression effect of the skin is more obvious.The analysis results have certain reference value for the vibration damping and noise reduction design of the composite propeller.
