摘  要:在分析了桁材设计特点与建模逻辑的基础上,结合知识工程(KBE)的理论研究,开展了基于3DExperience三维设计软件中基于面向对象的知识表达研究,包含了基于结构桁材的知识分解、知识内嵌和知识驱动等内容,提出了一种可根据设计需求进行自适应响应的参数化桁材模型,并以此为基础实现了快速建模的应用效果,并在某型船的上建建模过程中予以验证。研究还表明,知识工程具有知识显性化、开发成本低及鲁棒性好等特点。这种基于通用三维软件结合设计方自身知识的建模方法,在船舶设计领域不再受制于专业软件的方法限定,有极大的应用前景。另外,设计知识的归纳本身也是未来发展国产自主三维设计软件的必要条件之一。Based on the analysis of webframes design characteristics and modeling logic,combined with the theoretical research of knowledge based engineering(KBE),the research on object-oriented knowledge expression in 3D design software based on 3Dexperience is carried out,including knowledge decomposition,knowledge embedding and knowledge driving based on structural webframes.A parametric webframes model with adaptive response according to design requirements is proposed.On this basis,the application effect of rapid modeling is realized and verified in the process of building modeling of a certain ship.The research also shows that knowledge based engineering has the characteristics of explicit knowledge,low development cost and high robustness.This modeling method based on general three-dimensional software combined with the designer’s own knowledge is no longer limited by the method of professional software in the field of ship design,and has great application prospects.In addition,the induction of design knowledge itself is also one of the necessary conditions for the development of domestic independent 3D design software in the future.
