摘 要:在嗅探式尾气遥测系统中,气路的设计对于采样结果准确性具有重要影响。首先通过研究船舶尾气成分及其扩散方式,确定了传感器的选取。随后,根据现有传感器工作方式及特点,设计了U型、L型和I型等3种标定帽式气池,并对这3个模型进行模型建立、流场计算和结果分析,选择出U型标定帽作为气池形状并对其进行尺寸优化。在此基础上,根据传感器的工作条件和系统的设计要求,设计出气路。通过FLUENT流场计算和分析,优选出气路最适合的工作条件,并给出气泵选型要求。In the sniffer exhaust gas telemetry system,the design of the gas path has an important influence on the accuracy of the sampling results.Firstly,the selection of sensors is determined by studying the composition of ship exhaust gas and its diffusion mode.Then,according to the working methods and characteristics of existing sensors,three types of calibration cap-type gas pools,such as U-shaped,L-shaped and I-shaped,are designed.Carrying on model establishment,flow field calculation,result analysis for the three model,the U-shaped calibration cap is selected as the gas pool shape and its size is optimized.On this basis,according to the working conditions of the sensor and the design requirements of the system,the gas circuit is designed.By FLUENT flow field calculation and analysis,the most suitable working conditions of the gas outlet are optimized,and the requirements for the selection of the gas pump are given.
