正确认识和把握资本的特性和行为规律的三重维度

摘　　要：正确认识和把握资本的特性和行为规律,要求我们正确处理好资本与财富、资本与劳动、资本与国家这三个关系问题。资本掌握历史的进步来为财富服务的生产机制使资产阶级社会成为了最发达和最多样性的历史的生产组织。资本通过吸收活劳动来自行增殖的积累体制又使资产阶级社会陷入了资本(财富)积累与贫困积累的社会对抗。资本增殖的贪婪性和扩张性必然驱使资产阶级国家把资本与劳动的关系拓展为资本与国家的关系并外化为资本与世界市场的关系。正确对待资本与财富、资本与劳动、资本与国家的关系问题,社会主义国家既要从劳动解放理论出发建立把劳动从资本的统治下解放出来的劳动的政治和把科学从奴役劳动的意识形态中解放出来的劳动的科学,又要从世界历史高度出发处理好资本与国家同世界市场和全球化的关系,开辟遵循人类社会发展规律而把现代化和全球化运动引向共产主义的人类文明新形态。To properly understand and grasp the characteristics and behavioral rules of capital requires a proper treatment of the three relations,i. e. the relationship between capital and wealth,capital and labor,and capital and the state. The mechanism of production in which capital controls historical progress in the service of wealth has made bourgeois society the most developed and diverse organization of production in history. The accumulation system in which capital multiplies itself by absorbing living labor has led bourgeois society into a social confrontation between capital(wealth) accumulation and poverty accumulation. The greed and expansiveness of capital proliferation inevitably drove the bourgeois state to expand the relationship between capital and labor to that between capital and the state and to externalize the relationship between capital and the world market. To treat correctly the relationship between capital and wealth,capital and labor,and capital and the state,socialist countries should not only set out from the theory of labor liberation to establish the politics of labor that liberates labor from the domination of capital and the science of labor that liberates science from the ideology of enslaved labor,but also handle the relationship between capital and state,the world market and globalization from the height of world history,opening up a new form of human civilization that follows the law of human social development and leads the modernization and globalization movement to communism.
