摘　　要：以人工智能为代表的数字信息化革命,加速数字化与智能化世界的生成。数字化生存成为现代生活世界的重要现象,支配着整个时代的生存走向。数字化生存越来越成为现代生活方式的主流,不断占据与吸附任何接触它的群体,将后者纳入自己的支配范围。智慧市区、智慧城市、智能国家、智能世界都在聚焦移动互联网技术、大数据分析、数字运算与智能逻辑的功能化内容,不断虹吸进入数字化时代的人类。要坚持以人民为中心的技术发展之路,坚持以制度优势规范好数字技术与智能技术发展进程,建设制度规范与技术进步有机统一的社会主义数字化生存。Digital information revolution,which is represented by artificial intelligence,is accelerating the creation of a digital and intelligent world. Digital existence has become an important phenomenon in modern life and dominates the survival trend of the whole era. Digital existence is becoming more and more the mainstream of modern lifestyle,constantly occupying and absorbing any group that comes into contact with it,and bringing the latter into its domination. From small smart urban areas and smart cities,to large smart countries and a whole smart world,they are all focusing on the functional content of mobile Internet technology,big data analysis,digital computing and intelligent logic,and constantly siphoning human beings into the digital age. We should adhere to the people-centered path of technological development,adhere to standardizing the development process of digital and intelligent technologies with institutional advantages,and build a socialist digital existence in which institutional norms and technological progress are organically unified.
