百合育子方治疗特发性少精子症随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察百合育子方治疗特发性少精子症的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照试验,将110例无中医证候可辨的特发性少精子症患者随机分为试验组和对照组各55例,分别服用百合育子方和枸橼酸氯米芬片联合五子衍宗丸治疗3个月,随访3个月。观察两组患者治疗前后精子浓度、总数、前向运动精子百分比(PR)、PR精子总数,检测精浆抗缪勒氏管激素(AMH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平,计算配偶妊娠率并评价临床疗效。结果与本组治疗前比较,两组治疗结束、随访3个月精子浓度、总数、PR和PR精子总数升高(P<0.05),试验组治疗后精浆AMH浓度和总量、T/E_(2)升高(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,试验组愈显率及总有效率升高(P<0.05),试验组治疗后、随访3个月精子PR、PR精子总数升高(P<0.05),随访3个月配偶自然妊娠率升高(P<0.05)。结论百合育子方可改善特发性少精子症患者精液质量,提高自然妊娠率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Baihe Yuzi Formula(BHYZF)on idiopathic oligozoospermia patients.Methods A total of 110 patients of idiopathic oligospermia with failure of syndrome differentiation were randomly assigned to experimental group and control group in a randomized controlled trial,55 patients in each group.The experimental group and control group were treated with BHYZF and clomiphene citrate tablets combined with Wuzi Yanzong Pills for 3 months respectively,and followed up for 3 months.The sperm concentration,total number,progressive motility rate(PR)and total number of PR sperm were observed,the level of anti-mullerian hormone(AMH),testosterone(T)and estradiol(E_(2))in seminal plasma were detected,the pregnancy rate of spouses was calculated,the clinical efficacy was evaluated in the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,the sperm concentration,total number,PR and total number of PR sperm in the two groups increased(P<0.05),and the concentration and total amount of AMH and T/E_(2) in seminal plasma of the experimental group increased after treatment and follow-up for 3 months(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the cure rate and total effective rate increased(P<0.05),the sperm PR and total number of PR sperm increased after treatment and follow-up for 3 months in experimental group(P<0.05),and the natural pregnancy rate of the spouse increased after follow-up for 3 months(P<0.05).Conclusion BHYZF can improve semen quality and natural pregnancy rate in idiopathic oligozoospermia patients.
