摘  要:研制出一款用于量子计算机的小型化高温超导三工器,三工器由三个带通滤波器和一个分支线结构组成。基于阶跃阻抗谐振器(SIR)设计带通滤波器,借助交叉耦合,在通频带的两侧引入两对传输零点,以提高带边陡度。借助电路仿真软件ADS对分支线结构进行建模、优化,借助电磁仿真软件Sonnet对整个三工器进行全波电磁仿真,优化得到微带版图。进行光刻和刻蚀工序,在双面涂敷钇钡铜氧(YBCO)超导薄膜的氧化镁基片上制备出三工器,经切割和封装后进行测试。结果表明,三工器的3 dB带宽分别涵盖6.37~6.65 GHz、6.71~7.00 GHz和7.06~7.35 GHz,带内插入损耗分别为0.28 dB、0.20 dB和0.48 dB,满足应用需求。A miniaturized C-band high temperature superconducting(HTS)microstrip triplexer for quantum computers was developed.The triplexer consisted of a branch lines structure and three bandpass filters designed with step impedance resonators(SIRs).Moreover,the cross-coupling structures were employed to improve the passband edge steepness of the filters.The branch line structure was firstly designed and optimized by ADS software.After that,the triplexer was further optimized by Sonnet software.The optimized layout of the triplexer was copied onto a MgO wafer with HTS YBCO thin film deposited on both sides.The results indicate that the 3 dB passbands of the triplexer are 6.37 to 6.65 GHz,6.71 to 7.00 GHz and 7.06 to 7.35 GHz,respectively,the corresponding insertion losses are 0.28 dB,0.20 dB and 0.48 dB.These measured values can satisfy the application requirements.
