摘 要:环路热管因其热平衡性好、传热极限大、散热能力强等优势,广泛用于解决芯片热流密度大的问题。设计了一款新型微槽道结构环路热管,对其启动性能和运行性能进行了实验研究,研究结果表明:该环路热管在热沉温度为20℃时,能够在30 W~180 W热负荷范围内稳定运行,热源温度均低于75℃,蒸发器热阻和回路热阻的最小值分别为0.10648℃/W和0.1373℃/W。随机变负荷实验中,系统能够在5 s内快速响应并在8 min内达到稳定状态,温度波动不超过2℃,展现出优良的可靠性和稳定性。研究结果对环路热管的设计和应用有一定参考价值。Loop heat pipe(LHP)is widely used for cooling high heat flux electronic chip due to its excellent thermal balance,high heat transfer limit and high heat dissipation capacity.In this paper,the start-up and operating performances of a novel LHP with micro-channel construction were investigated experimentally.The LHP operates stably with a heat load range of 30 W to 180 W at a heat sink temperature of 20℃,and its heat source temperature of less than 75℃.The minimum evaporator thermal resistance and loop thermal resistance are 0.10648℃/W and 0.1373℃/W,respectively.In the random variable load experiment,the system can respond quickly within 5 s and reaching a stable state within 8 min.And the temperature fluctuation does not exceed 2℃which demonstrates excellent reliability and stability.The results are useful for design and application of the LHP.
