摘 要:使用精密平面磨床磨削GU092纳米晶粒硬质合金时,采用HHT时频分析法对磨削振动信号进行分析,能够得到磨削原始振动信号的时频谱、边际谱和瞬时能量,为进一步分析磨削振动频率特性提供理论基础。分析结果显示:HHT分析法对非平稳、随机复杂的磨削振动波的分解具有高效性和准确性;磨削振动信号构成频率丰富,主要组成部分属于高频;磨削深度ap、砂轮线速度vs和工件进给速度vw对瞬时能量均有正影响;从能量方面分析了纳米晶粒硬质合金磨削振动特性,为评价磨削加工振动提供了新思路。A precision surface grinder is used to grind nano-grain cemented carbide GU092,by using HHT time-frequency method for grinding vibration, the signal is analyzed to obtain the time spectrum, marginal spectrum and instantaneous energy of the original vibration signal.It provides a theoretical basis for further analysis of grinding vibration ferquency characteristics.The results show that the HHT analysis method is highly efficient and accurate in the decomposition of non-stationary, random and complex grinding vibration waves.The grinding vibration signal has a rich frequency, and the main components are high-frequency.The grinding depth a_(p),the grinding wheel linear velocity v_(s),and the workpiece feed speed v_(w) have a positive effect on the instantaneous energy.The grinding vibration characteristics of different types of nano-grain cemented carbide are analyzed from the energy aspect, which provides a new idea for evaluating grinding processing vibration.
