摘  要:针对弱刚性航天框类零件变形问题,提出基于反距离加权插值的刀位点重构技术,并编写了刀位点重构软件。通过测量零件内锥面法向变形量,利用插值算法插补得到全部刀触点处的法向变形量,结合刀具尺寸和零件几何结构计算刀位点处修正值,重构刀位点作为实际加工程序。实际零件加工试验表明,重构前后法向偏差范围从-1.273~0.2mm缩小到-0.03~0.1mm,验证了该技术的有效性。In this paper,a tool point reconstruction method based on inverse distance weighted interpolation is proposed to solve the deformation problem of weakly rigid aerospace frame parts,and a tool point reconstruction software is written.By measuring the normal deformation of the conical surface in the part,interpolation algorithm is used to obtain the normal deformation of all the cutting contact points,combined with the geometric structure of the tool and the part to calculate the correction value of the tool location point,and reconstruction the tool point as the actual machining program.The range of normal deviation before and after reconstruction is reduced from-1.273~0.2 mm to-0.03~0.1 mm,which verifies the effectiveness of the method.
