摘  要:广域信息管理(System Wide Information Management,SWIM)概念提出以来,已被全球民航领域广泛接受,世界各国也积极地对其展开研究和建设。SWIM是一种能从根本上解决不断增长的民航需求与日益匮乏的空域资源之间矛盾的运行架构,航空公司也开始关注SWIM的建设和应用,对未来与空管、机场等民航单位之间建立协同共享的可能性,进行了深入的分析和探索。本文着眼于“智慧民航”的蓝图规划,针对目前航班运行当中实际的痛点与需求,立足于航空公司现有的系统架构,探讨了运用信息交换模型和SWIM融合改造的方式在航空公司内外实施数据管理升级可能带来的影响;同时也预演了四维航迹、协作环境下的飞行和流量信息(FF-ICE)等基于SWIM的新技术将为整个民航领域所带来的发展与变革。Since the concept of SWIM(System Wide Information Management) was put forward, it has been widely accepted in global civil aviation and many countries around the world are actively carrying out research and construction on it. As SWIM is an operational framework that can fundamentally solve the contradiction between the growing demand for civil aviation and the increasing lack of airspace resources, airlines begin to pay attention to the construction and application of SWIM. The possibility of establishing cooperation and information sharing with air traffic control, airports and other civil aviation units in the future is deeply analyzed and explored. Focusing on the blueprint planning of “smart civil aviation”, aiming at the actual pain points and needs in the current flight operation,and based on the existing system architecture of airlines, this paper discusses the possible impact of implementing data management upgrading inside and outside airlines by using the information exchange model and SWIM integration transformation. At the same time, it also previews the development and changes that new technologies based on SWIM(e.g. 4DT, FF-ICE) will bring to the whole civil aviation industry.
