摘　　要：安全是民航业的生命线,首都机场在SMS运行基础上,建设了全员安全业务线上处理平台——智慧安全管理系统。本文针对智慧安全管理系统在防火检查标准化、防火巡查范围全覆盖、防火巡查全流程可监控和隐患闭环管理等方面的应用进行探讨,进一步提出了通过实时评估消防安全风险状态、分级管控消防安全风险、高风险状态实时报警和高风险缓解措施闭环管理,探索了基于数据驱动的消防安全风险管理,为提升消防安全管理水平提供借鉴意义。Safety is the lifeline of civil aviation. Based on SMS operation, BCIA has built an online processing platform for safety issues — smart safety management system. This paper discusses the application of the system in the standardization, full coverage and monitoring of fire inspection and closed-loop management of hidden risks, and proposes real-time assessment of the fire-fighting risk status, hierarchical control of fire safety risks,real-time alarm of high-risk status and closed-loop management of mitigation measures for high risks, and explores data-driven fire safety risk management. It provides reference for improving fire safety management.
