摘 要:本文对民航维修行业中的飞机座椅套管理进行了研究,调研了目前座椅套管理方式的现状和问题。为解决人工管控带来的效率低下、运营成本高和存在超标使用风险等问题,基于对座椅套管理业务场景的分析,利用物联网技术手段,研究了由RFID相关硬件设备进行信息采集的可行性。在本文探讨的管理系统中,为每一个座椅套缝制唯一的RFID标签,使用RFID扫描设备对RFID标签进行批量化扫描读取,并与后台业务管理系统对接组成座椅套智能管理系统,可实现对飞机座椅套状态的精准管控。本文首先介绍系统组成,再针对各业务流程对系统功能进行详细设计,最后进行效益分析,表明RFID管理系统可以实现管理需求,达到降本增效的目的。This paper investigates the current method and problems of aircraft seat cover management in the civil aviation maintenance industry. The current manual work leads to low management efficiency, high operating cost and the risk of excessive use. To solve these problems, this paper applies the Internet of Things(IoT) technology to the business scenario of aircraft seat cover management and studies the feasibility of collecting business information by RFID devices. In the management system discussed in this paper, every seat cover is bound with a specific RFID tag, the information in the tag can be read out in batch by RFID scanning devices. The integration of RFID hardware and the backend software forms the intelligent management system of seat cover, which realizes the accurate control of the state of aircraft seat cover. This paper firstly introduces the components of the RFID management system, then gives the detailed design for every business function, and finally, by benefit analysis, shows that the RFID management system can meet the operating requirements and achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing benefits.
