摘 要:由于气液的相互作用可显著提高喷嘴的雾化性能,气液同轴离心式喷嘴被广泛应用于实际的双组元液体火箭发动机型号中。喷嘴负责推进剂的喷注及雾化过程,其工作过程极大地影响着燃料的蒸发、混合及燃烧过程。本文从喷嘴内部的非定常流动过程、动态雾化过程、破碎雾化机理以及喷雾燃烧过程这几个方面对气液同轴离心式喷嘴的非定常喷雾燃烧过程进行了综述,对研究现状以及下一步的研究方向进行了简单的分析。总体看来,气液同轴离心式喷嘴缩进室内部的非定常流动过程研究较为匮乏,对液膜破碎雾化过程及雾化特性对外部扰动的响应认识不足,自激振荡产生机理还没有形成统一的认识,锥形液膜在气体作用下的雾化机理研究非常欠缺,不稳定燃烧机理还需深入探究。Because gas-liquid interactions can significantly improve the atomization performance of the injector,the gas-liquid swirl coaxial injector is widely used in the actual bipropellant liquid rocket engine.The injector is responsible for the injection and atomization process of propellants,and its working process greatly affects the evaporation,mixing and combustion process of fuel.The unsteady spray combustion process of gas-liquid swirl coaxial injector is reviewed from the aspects of unsteady internal flow process,dynamic atomization process,breakup atomization mechanism and spray combustion process.Both the research status and the next research direction are briefly analyzed.Generally speaking,there is a lack of research on the unsteady flow process in the recess chamber of gas-liquid swirl coaxial injector.Both the response of atomization process and atomization characteristics to external disturbance are not well understood.The mechanism of self-pulsation has not been fully clarified.The research on the atomization mechanism of conical liquid sheet under the action of gas is very lack,and the mechanism of combustion instability needs to be further explored.
