公路街道化路段交通安全措施分析

摘　　要：随着我国社会经济快速发展,公路建设、运营里程高速增长,公路沿线两侧的村镇数量和规模也日益扩大,公路沿线村镇人口聚集、村镇规模外延,公路的街道化现象突出。街道化路段的交通组织、社会管理变得更加复杂,交通安全事故频发,对公路通行能力、交通组织及交通安全的影响日益严峻。那么,如何强化公路街道化路段的交通安全措施,提高街道化路段的交通安全,提升交通通行能力,保障沿线居民、车辆、行人的生命、财产安全变得刻不容缓。通过公路街道化路段交通特点分析,着重从公路的空间布置、实体隔离、路面结构区分、交通标志、交通标线、管理措施等多个方面,分析、研究公路街道化路段的交通安全措施。With the rapid development of the society and economy in China,the highway construction and operation mileage are growing at high speed,and the number and scale of villages and towns along the highway are expanding,leading to population agglomeration,the extension of village and town scale,and the prominent shift from the highway to the street.The more complex traffic organization and social management of the street section,the more traffic accidents are threatening the traffic capacity,traffic organization,and traffic safety of the highway.Therefore,it is urgent to heighten the traffic safety measures,enhance traffic safety,and improve the traffic capacity to guarantee the safety of life and property of residents,vehicles,and pedestrians along the routes.In this paper,through the analysis of the traffic characteristics of the street section of the highway,the traffic safety measures of the street section were analyzed and studied from aspects of the spatial layout,physical isolation,pavement structure differentiation,traffic sign,traffic line,management measures,etc.
