摘　　要：新建高速公路采用PPP模式的融资风险直接决定着项目能否顺利实施,为了最大限度规避项目融资风险,应在项目实施前实现风险的准确评价,拟以新建高速公路PPP项目融资风险为研究对象,通过对风险因素的识别和建模分析,提出了基于改进AHP法的融资风险分级评价模型,实现了对具体PPP项目融资风险的分级量化评价,对开展融资风险控制工作提供了参考。The financing risks of a new expressway using the PPP pattern directly affect whether the project can be smoothly conducted.To avoid the project financing risk to the maximum extent,accurate risk evaluation should be realized before project implementation.In this paper,focusing on the financing risks of the new expressway PPP project,through the risk factor identification and modeling analysis,the financing risk classification evaluation model based on modified AHP is put forward,which can realize the classified quantitative evaluation of financing risks of specific PPP project,providing a reference for the control of the financing risks.
