平衡计分卡法在交通土建项目施工安全管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：施工安全管理成效决定了交通土建项目的总体质量,为进一步提升项目施工安全管理的精准化程度,提出采用平衡计分卡法对项目施工安全管理绩效进行多维量化评价;通过分析评价结果,以明确当前项目安全管理现状,同时为优化后续的安全管理工作提供理论依据。The effectiveness of construction safety management determines the overall quality of traffic civil engineering.To further improve the precision degree of the construction safety management,this paper applies the balanced scorecard in the multi-dimensional quantitative evaluation of the performance of the construction safety management,expecting to clarify the current situation of the project safety management through the evaluation result analysis and to provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of following safety management works.
