摘 要:精细陶瓷断裂韧性试验方法需要满足几个条件,包括样品制备的简易性和低成本、引入尖锐预裂纹的方法和适当的断裂力学分析。符合这些要求的4种试验方法——单边预裂纹梁法(SEPB)、单边V形切口梁法(SEVNB)、山形切口梁法(CNB)和表面裂纹弯曲梁法(SCF)——已经发布了相关标准并经过了国际实验室间的比对试验。压痕法(IF)测量精细陶瓷断裂韧性试验方法经过几十年的发展也形成了相应的国际和国家标准。所有这些标准试验方法并非对所有材料都有效,用户在使用时需要注意到每个标准的局限性。Acceptable methods for measuring fracture toughness of fine ceramic are based on several criteria,including ease and cost-effectiveness of test piece manufacture,the method of introducing a sharp precrack and the acceptability of appropriate fracture toughness analysis.The four simplest methods meeting these criteria,including single-edge precracked beam(SEPB),single edge V-notched beam(SEVNB),chevron-notched beam(CNB)and surface cracks in flexure(SCF),are briefly reviewed in this paper,together with information on their reproducibility gathered during international round robin exercises.Indentation fracture(IF)method for fracture toughness is also be reviewed.Not all these standard test methods are effective on all materials,and users need to be aware of their limitations.
