摘　　要：在阐述沧州市气象部门视频会议系统及相关设备组成的基础上,重点分析视频会议系统中多系统跨网络组网和大屏幕信息显示系统的构建,并对系统中所应用的视频编码技术和音频标准进行简要评析,为本系统后续升级及日常维护提供可靠参考。On the basis of expounding the composition of the video conference system and related equipment of Cangzhou Meteorological Department, this paper focuses on the analysis of the construction of multi system cross network networking and large screen information display system in the video conference system, and briefly evaluates the communication standards and video coding technologies applied in the system, providing reliable reference for the subsequent upgrade and daily maintenance of this system.
