摘　　要：《波形监视器校准规范》(JJF 1898—2021)与《波形监视器检定规程》(JJG 120—1990)相比,在范围、概述、计量特性、校准条件、校准项目、校准方法及附录等内容上具有较大变化。针对这些变化对新规范进行解析,概述新规范中数字波形监视器的校准方法,并列举校准实例,为相关人员进行数字波形监视器的校准工作提供参考。Compared with Verification Regulation of Waveform Monitors(JJG 120—1990), Calibration Regulation of Waveform Monitors(JJF 1898—2021) has great changes in scope, overview, metrological characteristics, calibration conditions, calibration items,calibration methods and appendixes. This paper analyzes the new specification in view of these changes, outlines the calibration methods of digital waveform monitor in the new specification, and enumerates calibration examples to provide reference for relevant personnel to calibrate digital waveform monitor.
