摘　　要：从高强度无创正压通气(NPPV)的概念、作用机制、启动与滴定、应用效果、目标人群的选择等方面进行综述,并提出思考及展望,旨在为临床实践中无创正压通气治疗模式的选择提供理论依据,帮助其有效改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的相关症状,提高治疗效果。The concept,mechanism,initiation and titration,application effect,selection of target population and other aspects of high intensity non-invasive positive pressure ventilation(NPPV)were reviewed,and the thoughts and prospects were put forward.This study aims to provide theoretical basis for the selection of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation treatment mode in clinical practice,and help it effectively improve the related symptoms of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and improve the therapeutic effect.
