摘 要:目的探究漫画式宣教管理模式应用于老年持续非卧床腹膜透析患者的效果及对容量负荷水平、疾病知识掌握度和自护能力的影响。方法选取2020年4月至2021年10月期间在我科行持续非卧床腹膜透析的125例老年患者为研究对象,根据数字表法随机分组。对照组62例给予常规的腹膜透析健康教育,观察组63例在对照组的基础上加以漫画式健康宣教模式,对比两组患者对疾病知识的掌握程度(包括腹膜透析操作技术、用药知识、饮食与水盐控制、疾病监测以及并发症管理得分)、容量负荷(包括每日饮水量、每日饮食含水量)、自护能力[包括采用自我护理能力测试量表(self-care ability test scale,ESCA)评估自我护理知识、自我护理技能、自我护理责任感、自我概念得分及总分]。结果观察组患者对疾病知识掌握程度的各项评分、ESCA各项评分及总分均高于对照组,每日饮水量、每日饮食含水量均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用漫画式宣教管理模式对老年持续非卧床腹膜透析患者进行干预可有效改善患者容量负荷水平,提高患者对疾病知识的掌握程度和自护能力。Objective To explore the effect of cartoon-style propaganda and education management model in elderly patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis and its influence on volume load level,disease knowledge mastery and self-care ability.Methods A total of 125 elderly patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis in our department from April 2020 to October 2021 were enrolled in this study and grouped according to the random number table method.Sixty-two patients in the control group were given routine peritoneal dialysis health education,and 63 patients in the observation group were given a cartoon-style health education model based on the treatment of control group.The two groups of patients were compared in terms of mastery of disease knowledge,including peritoneal dialysis operation technology,medication knowledge,diet,water and salt control,disease monitoring,and complication management scores;volume load,including daily water intake,daily dietary'water content;and self-care ability,including self-care knowledge,self-care skills,self-care responsibility,self-care ability test scale(ESCA),self-concept score and total score.Results The scores of disease knowledge mastery,ESCA scores and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the daily water intake and daily dietary water content were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of cartoon-style propaganda and education management mode in elderly continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis patients can effectively improve the level of volume load,improve the mastery of disease knowledge and self-care ability.
