摘　　要：[目的/意义]分析中国科学院文献情报系统开放科学状况,探究现存问题,为未来的发展提供思路。[方法/过程]采用网络调查法和文献调研法,在梳理中国科学院文献情报系统开放科学进展的基础上,从开放获取、开放科学数据、开放科学基础设施、开放教育4个领域,政策和实践两条路线解析其与国外大型国立科研机构的差距,并提出建议。[结果/结论]目前中国科学院文献情报系统在开放科学行动中取得了一定成果,但层次深度还不够,内容较为单一,缺乏组织联动,国际影响力较小,在未来开放科学的征途中还有很长的路要走。[Purpose/Significance]This paper aims at analyzing the state of open science in the library and information system of Chinese Academy of Sciences,exploring the existing problems,and providing ideas for future development.[Method/Process]Using web survey method and literature research method,this paper analyzed the gap with foreign large national research institutions in four dimensions:open access,open science data,open science infrastructures and open education as well as two lines of policy and practice,based on the open science progress of the library and information system of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.[Result/Conclusion]At present,the library and information system of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has made some achievements in the open science initiative,but the level of depth is not enough,the content is relatively single,the organizational linkage is insufficient,and the international influence is small,it still has a long way to go in the future journey of open science.
