摘  要:研制了一种随钻单极声波测井仪器,介绍了仪器的结构特点和技术指标,并详细阐述了仪器的3个关键部件的设计过程,涉及发射与接收换能器的结构设计与封装方式设计,隔声体的固有阻带和刻槽后的阻带设计。实验室水槽测试验证了仪器的可靠性。使用该仪器在新疆某井硬地层与软底层进行了实钻测量,结果显示,仪器在硬地层可测量到纵波、横波及斯通利波信号,波形信噪比良好,时差具有很好的相关性;在软地层可测量纵波及斯通利波信号,不能测量地层横波信号;随钻测量纵波时差结果与电缆声波测量结果有很好的一致性。A kind of LWD monopole acoustic logging tool was designed.The structural characteristics and technical indexes of the instrument were introducted.Three key technologies of the instrument were described in detail,including the structural design and packaging methods of the transmitter and receiver transducers and the inherent stop band of the sound insulation body and the stop band after grooving.Laboratory flume tests validated the reliability of instrument.The instrument was used to drill the hard and soft strata of a well in Xinjiang and the results show that the instrument can measure P-wave,S-wave and Stoneley wave signals in hard stratum with good signal-to-noise ratio of waveform and good correlation of time difference.It can measure P-wave and Stoneley wave signal in soft stratum,but can′t measure stratum shear wave signal.Furthermore,the time difference of longitudinal wave measured while drilling is in good agreement with that of cable acoustic wave measurement.
