摘  要:双管六通结构设计的稠油热采井口装置长期处在高温高压工况下易发生冲刷腐蚀,针对两侧流通道易出现的冲刷腐蚀减薄部位以及气孔和砂眼集中部位,设计了现场在线检测工艺流程。流程采用电磁超声测厚技术进行壁厚测量和判定,采用超声C扫描技术对冲蚀腐蚀进行范围定量,采用超声相控阵检测技术对材料内部缺陷进行评级,完成井口装置薄弱环节的超声检测,并选用适用的强度校核公式对薄弱部位的壁厚阈值进行计算分析,形成了一套完整的在役SAGD井口装置在线检测评判方法。The heavy oil thermal recovery wellhead equipment designed by double pipe and six-way structure is easy to erode under high temperature and high pressure for a long time.The online detection process is designed for the erosion thinning parts that are prone to occur in the flow channels on both sides as well as the pore and sand hole concentration parts.Electromagnetic acoustic transducer(EMAT)is used for wall thickness measurement and determination,ultrasonic C-scanning technology for range quantification of erosion,and ultrasonic phased array detection technology for evaluation of internal defects of materials.In addition,the applicable strength verification formula is selected to calculate and analyze the wall thickness threshold of the weak part.Finally,a complete set of online detection and evaluation methods are formed for in-service SAGD wellhead devices.
