摘  要:井下流体取样器(AFT)测试技术是一种高含水井分层找可动剩余油集成测试技术。为了了解高含水井纵向层间压力差异和各层段流体的性质,找到剩余油潜力油层,结合测井直读技术和试井存储技术,采用电缆工艺将自排液式分层测压取样器送至井下测试目的层,通过调控封隔器测取目的层段的压力,抽取目的层段流体样品,对压力、温度等测试数据及流体取样结果进行综合分析。现场应用结果表明AFT测试技术不仅解决了单个生产层的压力测试问题,同时通过对生产层流体样品抽取,能够较直观地取得每个生产层产出流体、含水及水型资料,为实施挖潜措施提供可靠依据。AFT test technique is an integrated testing technique for finding movable remaining oil in layers in high water-cut wells.In order to understand the vertical interlayer pressure difference in high water-cut wells and the properties of fluids in each interval,and to find the remaining oil potential reservoirs,this technology combines logging direct reading technology and well testing storage technology,and adopts cable technology to measure the self-draining layered pressure.The sampler is sent to the target layer for downhole testing.Then the pressure of the target layer section is measured by regulating the packer,fluid samples were extracted from the target layer section,and a comprehensive analysis was conducted on test data such as pressure,temperature and fluid sampling results.Field application results show that the AFT test technique not only solves the problem of pressure testing of individual production layer,but also provides a more intuitive way to obtain information on the output fluid,water content and water type of each production layer by taking fluid samples from the production layer,which provides a reliable basis for implementing potential tapping measures.
