摘　　要：作为我国各级各类机关公文处理工作的根本遵循,《党政机关公文处理工作条例》施行10年来备受关注。以2012年以来的《党政机关公文处理工作条例》研究成果为分析对象,对研究群体分布、研究成果年度分布、研究成果发表平台分布情况等作了较为全面的梳理,并从作出正面解读与阐释、指出缺憾和不足、提出贯彻落实过程中发现的问题和对策建议等方面,对研究视角情况进行深入剖析。不同领域、不同层面、不同地区的作者从不同时点、不同角度的考察探究,为推动《党政机关公文处理工作条例》的持续深入研究和修订完善提供了基础素材和参考依据。As the fundamental principle of official document processing of Party and government organs at all levels, Regulations on Official Document Processing of Party and Government Organs have attracted much attention in the past 10 years. Taking the research results of Regulations on the Handling of Official Documents by Party and Government Organs since 2012 as the object of analysis, this paper comprehensively sorts out the distribution of research groups, annual distribution of research results and distribution of publishing platforms of research results, and makes positive interpretation and interpretation, points out deficiencies and deficiencies, and puts forward problems and countermeasures found in the implementation process. The research perspective is analyzed in depth.
