摘  要:“三全育人”构建了高校全新的育人格局。高校后勤与时俱进,在服务保障工作中承担起育人职责。高校后勤部门作为学校的基础保障部门,其重要性日益凸显,后勤服务育人的参与度逐步提高,已成为高校“三全育人”体系不可或缺的部分。阐述高校后勤服务育人的时代价值,分析高校后勤服务育人“五化”的现实困境,提出“三全育人”视域下高校后勤服务育人的实现路径。“Three complete education”has constructed a new pattern of education in colleges and universities.The logistics of colleges and universities keep pace with the times.They subtly influence and infect students,and naturally shoulder the responsibility of educating people when doing a good job of service and guarantee for teachers and students.The importance of logistics service education has become increasingly prominent,and the participation of logistics service personnel has gradually increased,which has become an indispensable part of the“three complete education”system in colleges and universities.This paper expounds the era value of college logistics service education,analyzes the practical dilemma of“five modernizations”of college logistics service education,and puts forward the realization path of college logistics service education from the perspective of“three complete education”.
