摘 要:利用通量在线监测技术可以掌握河流污染物的时空变化趋势,在实施污染的总量控制、污染溯源、行政考核及制定治理决策等方面具有重要作用。目前我国环保行业缺乏统一的在线通量监测站建设规范和技术标准。本文在实际工程经验的基础上,探讨通量在线监测的关键技术难点及其解决方案,提出流量和水质浓度的通量融合算法,以实现实时通量和时段通量的在线监测,旨在形成符合生态环境管理要求的通量在线监测技术体系。为相关人员全面开展通量监测、深化污染防治攻坚战提供技术支撑。On-line flux monitoring can grasp the spatio-temporal change trend of river pollutants,and plays an important role in the implementation of total quantity control,pollution traceability,administrative assessment and formulation of governance recommendations.At present,China’s environmental protection industry lacks unified construction specifications and technical standards for online flux monitoring stations.On the basis of actual engineering experience,this paper discusses the key technical difficulties and solutions of online traffic monitoring,and proposes a flux fusion algorithm for flow and water quality concentration to achieve real-time flux and time-period flux online monitoring,aiming to form a flux online monitoring technology system that meets the requirements of ecological environment management,and provide technical support for comprehensively carrying out flux monitoring and deepening the battle against pollution.
