生物滤池法在工业恶臭气体治理中的应用研究

摘　　要：生物滤池法除臭工艺是一种安全可靠的处理方法,除臭效率极高。本文以某生产玻璃钢管道的制造企业为例,针对主要成分为苯乙烯的工业废气,采用“智能生物滤池”工艺净化,废气经处理后优于国家《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554-93)中15米排气筒的排放标准,工程效益显著,具有良好的应用前景。Biofilter deodorization process is a safe and reliable treatment method,deodorization efficiency is very high.Based on a manufacturer of a wide range of glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline as an example,in view of the main components in the industrial waste gas of styrene,adopts intelligent bio-filter process purification,waste gas after treatment is superior to the country“Emission standards for odor pollutants”(GB 14554-93)of 15 meters vent discharge standards,the engineering benefit is remarkable,has a good application prospect.
