摘　　要：针对新疆准东二矿B1煤层具有强冲击倾向性、弱冲击危险性的特点,结合该矿巨厚煤层分层开采和全为煤巷的具体工况,提出了战略性与战术性相结合的防冲技术方案及防冲预警措施。战略性防冲技术方案包括选择合适的开采顺序、开采方法和采煤工艺等战略性措施;战术性防冲技术方案包括煤体大直径钻孔卸压解危、煤体爆破卸压解危和底板钻孔卸压;防冲预警技术方案采用整个矿区、采区预警与掘进及回采工作面局部监测相结合的方法。该防冲技术方案的提出,为冲击地压防治提供了成套技术体系。In view of the characteristics of strong impact tendency and weak impact risk of B1 coal seam in Zhundong No.2 Coal Mine of Xinjiang,and in combination with the specific working conditions of extreme thick coal seam(such as layered mining and fully coal roadway),the strategic and tactical anti-rock burst technical proposal and early warning measures are put forward.The strategic anti-rock burst technical propos⁃al includes strategic measures,e.g.selecting appropriate mining sequence,mining method and mining technol⁃ogy;the tactical anti-impact technical proposal includes pressure relief by large diameter borehole,coal body blast and floor borehole;the anti-rock burst early warning technical proposal uses the method of combining the early warning of the whole mine area and mining area with the local monitoring of excavation and work⁃ing face.The anti-rock burst technical proposal provides a complete technical system for the prevention and control of rock burst in the mine.
