摘 要:针对毛坪铅锌矿在开采过程中存在采场区域温度高的问题,结合毛坪铅锌矿井下涌水量大且温度低的特点,提出“直接利用矿井涌水为冷源建立井下局部降温系统”的方案,将井下低温水输送至采场区域,通过与风流进行热交换实现降温目的。为了研究不同温度、流量及风量等条件下的降温效果,本文设计并构建了井下涌水降温相似模拟实验系统。实验结果表明,毛坪铅锌矿井下涌水可将高温风流温度降低3℃~5℃,含湿量降低13.5%~23%,降温除湿效果明显。In view of high temperature problem in the mining area of Maoping Pb-Zn Mine in the process of mining,and in combination with a large number of mine infow and low temperature of Maoping Pb-Zn Mine,the proposal of“directly using the mine inflow as a cold source to establish the local mine cooling system”is suggested,and the low-temperature mine water is transferred to the mining area to achieve the purpose of cooling through heat exchange with the air flow.In order to study the cooling effect at different temperature,flow rate and air volume,this paper designs and constructs a simulation experiment system of which the cooling mechanism is similar to that of mine inflow.The experimental result shows that the mine inflow of Maoping Pb-Zn Mine can reduce the temperature of high-temperature air flow by 3℃~5℃and the moisture content by 13.5%~23%,exhibiting a good cooling and dehumidification effect effect.
