摘  要:针对清水营煤矿110206综采工作面机巷顶底板为泥岩和砂质泥岩的复合特性,生产过程中存在顶板下沉、两帮外鼓及底鼓的复杂围岩控制问题,分析工作面回采过程中巷道存在的问题、原超前支护形式,提出了复合软岩条件采用主动锚索梁支护、被动短钢梁支护、结束收尾底板加反底拱亲泥性注浆材料注浆的联合超前支护优化方案,形成了复合软岩工作面机巷顶板、底板及锚注一体化超前支护技术。现场实施表明,锚索梁配合巷道下帮的短梁支护能较好地控制复合软岩巷道的围岩下沉,反底拱及亲泥性材料注浆实现了控制底板底鼓的目的,顶板离层量、底板移近量及左、右帮移近量显著降低,满足了生产需要,为复合软岩工作面风机巷及底鼓巷道的稳定支护提供了新方法。In view of the complex characteristics of mudstone and sandy mudstone in the roof and floor of the machine roadway of fully-mechanized coal mining face 110206 in Qingshuiying Coal Mine,and in consid⁃eration with complex surrounding rock control problems such as roof subsidence,two-side external bulge and floor bulge in the process of production,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the roadway in the min⁃ing process of the working face and the original advanced support forms,and suggests the combined ad⁃vanced support optimization scheme of using active anchor cable beam support,passive short steel beam sup⁃port,and bottom plate+inverted arch which is grouted with mud grouting material at the end,forming the advanced support technology of roof,bottom plate and bolt-grouting integration in composite soft rock work⁃ing face.Field implementation shows that the surrounding rock subsidence of composite soft rock roadway can be well controlled by the combination of anchor cable beam and short beam support at the lower side of roadway,and the inverted arch and mud material grouting can achieve the purpose of controlling floor heave;the amount of roof separation,floor nearness and left and right side nearness decrease significantly,which meets the production needs;it provides a new method for stable support of fan roadway and floor heave roadway in composite soft rock working face.
