摘 要:本文总结了现场实际运用智能化矿山建设的理念,通过开展技术改造,为一八九〇煤矿解决应用自动控制技术。一采区地面高位静压水池(+1862.56 m)向1.6 km外的三采区上区段15311工作面回风巷(+1896 m)、16311工作面回风巷(1886 m)供水时出现高位供水问题。为解决高位供水问题,前期规划2种方案:在地面建设高位水池,或在井下建设蓄水池,配套实施启停、补水、泄压功能系统,通过智能化改造实现自动供水。对2种方案开展可靠性、节能、经济、环保、建设工期等方面综合评估后,选择在井下建设蓄水池,实现三采区上区段供水无人化,对智能化矿山建设起到了积极的推动作用。This paper summarizes the concept of applying intelligent mine on site,and through technical transformation,addresses the problem of applying automatic control technology to 1890 Coal Mine.When the ground high-level static pressure water reservoir(+1,862.56m)in mining area I supplies water to the air-re⁃turn roadway(+1,896m)of working face 15311 and the air-return roadway(1,886m)of working face 16311 in the upper section of mining area III 1.6km away,there is a high-level water supply problem.In order to solve this problem,two schemes are planned in the early stage,i.e.Scheme I:install pipeline pumps to sup⁃ply water automatically,but the failure rate of pipeline pumps is high and the water supply reliability cannot be guaranteed;Scheme II:build a high-level water reservoir on the ground or a water reservior underground,and provide a auxiliary system with the functions of start/stop,water make-up and pressure relief,to realize automatic water supply through intelligent transformation.Following comprehensive evaluation for the reliabili⁃ty,energy conservation,economy,environmental protection and construction period of these two schemes,a water reservoir underground is built,and the unattended water supply scheme is used in the upper section of mining area III.This is a case in the construction of intelligent mines,and plays a positive role in pro⁃moting the construction of intelligent mines.
