摘　　要：介质损耗因数是运行中主变压器油的重要指标之一,某电厂500 kV主变压器用油在运行中出现介损超标问题,主变压器用油在运行中出现介损超标是油质老化的一种现象。本文通过经济性分析和试验室研究分析,最终确定主变压器用油再生处理并添加抗氧化剂方案,为检修维护人员提供主变压器油介损超标的有效处理方法。The dielectric loss factor is one of the important indicators of transformer oil in operation.The di⁃electric loss of 500 kV main transformer oil in a power plant exceeds the standard during operation.The di⁃electric loss of transformer oil exceeds the standard during operation,which is a phenomenon of oil aging.Through economic analysis and laboratory research and analysis,this paper finally determines the oil regenera⁃tion treatment and adding antioxidant scheme,Provide effective treatment methods for maintenance personnel to deal with excessive dielectric loss of transformer oil.
