摘 要:选择性催化还原技术是当前脱硝的主要技术,但随着燃煤电厂和钢铁水泥行业脱硝要求的提升,低温脱硝催化剂的需求也与日俱增。本文在分析不同行业低温脱硝需求的基础上,对V_(2)O_(5)-TiO_(2)脱硝机理进行论述,总结了载体、元素掺杂和钒酸盐络合剂对于低温脱硝催化剂的影响,介绍了低温领域的中试情况,对低温脱硝催化剂的未来发展做出展望。Selective catalytic reduction technology is the mainstream technology of denitration at present,but with the improvement of denitration requirements in coal-fired power plants,steel and cement industries,the demand for low-temperature denitration catalysts is also growing.On the basis of analyzing the demand for low-temperature denitration in different industries,this paper discusses the denitration mechanism of V_(2)O_(5)-TiO_(2),summarizes the influence of carrier,element doping and vanadate complexing agent on low-temperature denitration catalyst,introduces some pilot tests in low-temperature field,and finally makes prospects for the future development of low-temperature denitration catalyst.
