摘  要:以沈阳污水处理厂再生水为例,采用循环水水质稳定剂加酸联合处理方式优化循环水运行,并采用极限碳酸盐硬度计算浓缩倍率的方法为判定依据,开展静态试验、腐蚀试验、动态模拟试验,证实循环水水质稳定剂加酸联合处理方式较单独使用水质稳定剂处理,提高循环水浓缩倍率1.5倍,同时降低了循环水pH值,对预防凝汽器结垢起到促进作用。通过动态模拟试验确定了循环水运行控制指标,并针对中水水质稳定性差的问题给出运行控制建议。Taking the reclaimed water of Shenyang Sewage Treatment Plant as an example,the combined treatment of circulating water quality stabilizer and acid is used to optimize the operation of circulating wa⁃ter,and the method of calculating the concentration ratio by limiting carbonate hardness is used as the judg⁃ment basis.Static tests,corrosion tests and dynamic simulation tests are carried out to verify that the com⁃bined treatment of circulating water quality stabilizer and acid is 1.5 times higher than that of using water quality stabilizer alone,At the same time,the pH value of circulating water is reduced,which also promotes the prevention of condenser scaling.Through the dynamic simulation test,the circulating water operation con⁃trol indexes are determined,and the operation control suggestions are given in view of the poor stability of the reclaimed water quality.
