环保视角下垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液处理工程实例

摘　　要：本文主要从环境保护的视角介绍了广东省某垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液处理设施设计实例,该设施设计处理规模为450 t/d,采用“预处理+UASB厌氧反应器+MBR生化处理系统+NF纳滤膜+RO反渗透膜”工艺,出水达到或优于《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923-2005)中敞开式循环冷却系统补充水标准后回用至冷却塔循环水,运行成本为30.44元/吨。This paper mainly introduces an example of the design of a leachate treatment facility in a waste incineration plant in Guangdong Province from the perspective of environmental protection.The designed treatment capacity of this facility is 450 tons/day.Using the process of"pretreatment+UASB anaerobic reactor+MBR biochemical processing system+NF nanofi ltration membrane+RO reverse osmosis membrane",the effl uent reaches or is better than the water quality of the open circulating cooling system in"Urban Wastewater Recycling and Utilization Industrial Water Quality"(GB/T 19923-2005),and then reused to the cooling tower circulation Water,the running cost is 30.44 yuan/ton.
