摘 要:为研究胶凝剂种类和含量对化学敏化水胶炸药稳定性的影响,测试了胶凝剂在蒸馏水及60%硝酸铵溶液中的黏度变化及储存稳定性;采用单因素实验方法研究了胶凝剂对水胶炸药的黏度、化学敏化气泡大小与分布的影响,得到制备化学敏化水胶炸药所需的胶凝剂种类和质量分数的最优值。结果表明:不同种类胶凝剂黏度差异性较大,当胶凝剂(瓜尔胶1∶田菁胶=1∶1)质量分数为1.1%~1.3%时,气泡稳定性较好,炸药黏度较适宜。In order to study the effect of the type and content of gelling agent on the stability of chemical-sensitized water-gel explosive, the viscosity and storage stability of gelling agent in distilled water and 60% ammonium nitrate solution are tested first. The effect of gelling agent on the viscosity of water-gel explosive, the size and distribution of chemical-sensitized bubbles are studied by single-factor experiment method, and the optimal value of the type and content of gelling agent chemical-sensitized water-gel explosive are obtained. The results show that there are great difference in viscosity of different kinds of gelling agents. When the mass fraction of gelling agent(guar gum1∶sesbania gum=1∶1) is in the range of 1.1%~1.3%, the bubble stability is better, and the viscosity of the explosive is more suitable.
