摘 要:复合油相是采用复合蜡和复合乳化剂与各种添加剂配制而成的单一油相材料,可以在乳化炸药生产中直接使用,但复合油相价格昂贵、内部组分差别较大,且技术要求没有统一的国家标准。针对此问题,对采用不同厂家不同含量的复合油相生产的乳化炸药进行爆速和猛度试验,通过分析其对乳化炸药性能的影响得出,复合油相的滴熔点是影响乳化炸药储存期稳定性的关键指标,对企业优化工艺配方,降本增效有借鉴作用。Composite oil phase is a single oil phase material prepared by composite wax, composite emulsifier, and various additives, which can be directly used in the production of emulsion explosives. However, the composite oil phase is expensive, the internal components are quite different, and there is no uniform national standard for technical requirements. In order to solve this problem, the detonation velocity and brisance tests of the emulsion explosives with different contents of composite oil phase, produced by different manufacturers, are carried out. And the influence of composite oil phase mentioned above on the performance of emulsion explosives are analyzed.The results show that the drop melting point of composite oil phase is the key index affecting the stability of emulsion explosives during storage. Moreover, it can provide certain reference for enterprises to optimize process formula, reduce cost and increase efficiency.
