摘　　要：基于乳化炸药生产工艺过程,辨识工艺过程中存在的危险因素,并结合理论与生产实践,提出了设置安全装置、定期检测验证、提升本质安全设计水平等安全技术措施和加强设备维修保养、强化教育培训、重视检查指导等安全管理措施,为工艺检测、安全评价等技术人员提供参考。Based on the production process of emulsion explosive, the hazard factors in the process are identified. Combined with the theory and production practice, safety technical measures such as setting up safety devices, regular inspection and verification, and improving the level of intrinsic safety design are proposed. Safety management measures such as strengthening equipment maintenance, intervention education and training, and paying attention to inspection and guidance are put forward also.The measures mentioned above can provide reference for technical personnel such as process inspection and safety evaluation.
